1. How do I track my order?

You can track your order through our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to receive real-time updates on your shipment’s status.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Please note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit-only cards, or cash on delivery.

We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

5. Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount or promotion code may be applied per order, unless otherwise stated during a special campaign.

6. What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If any item is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@playhot.shop. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Are there any exchange rates applied?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank will convert the amount using the daily exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed.

8. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Orders canceled after being placed will incur a 30% cancellation fee to cover merchant processing costs—even if the cancellation is made seconds after the order is placed.

  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our discretion.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.
Please use your residential address instead of a temporary or vacation address to avoid delivery delays or customs holds.
